Our contribution:

3U is currently working with the Major Transport Infrastructure Projects division within the Department to provide financial and program assurance governance oversight of the Western Sydney Airport Corporation a Government Business Enterprise. 3U is reviewing delivery progress and providing the Department with early warning advice on the delivery and asset performance as well as impacts on operational costs and exposure to the public purse.
